Analog .Youtube for mobile devices

Greetings, We need analog YouTobe site, but for mobile devices only. Function: 1. See list of videos from mobile devices (iPhone, WM6 or high). 2. Open and view stream video. 3. Upload video to server using common Web Browser from computer. Web-design is not important we will replace it by self singly. If you are wishing use some commercial software for this solution, then describe restriction of this software and price of it in your bid. In you bid please describe architecture of your solution shortly. We are preferring use like Web server Linux, but we will examine all your offerings. It was my mistake. I meant upload. It is mean, that we do not need function for uploading from Mobile devices and converting video from any format to stream video on the server. All what we need, that administrator can on self PC creating from avi to the stream format and upload to server using common upload Web-form. Thanks
