Avatar create coding for web/app

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BID. YOUR BID IS A FINAL OFFER. ONLY PRO PLEASE. This project is to create a client-side interface that will communicate with an existing web application. Avatar creation, editing and platform The application will allow the user to create and edit their avatar. This will consist of functions that allow the user to choose various aspects of the avatar’s appearance, such as height, breast inch adjust and clothes. Initial artwork will be provided, but the avatars will be with high poly counts. You may be required to make sure this application could handle those high poly counts (clothes etc.) during the project. Because it will release on APP, so it is important it compatible with phone app. Scope changes This project may require some scope changes during design and build, so you should allow for this in your bid. Communications This project will have a number of milestones and delivery points, particularly in the early stages to ensure that the project is on track. Strong communication is important. Exclusivity and confidentiality The application must be built exclusively for this project, and must not be reused or redistributed to any third parties. Please provide relative work and how much time you need(project time line is preferred).
