Flash animation for website

I need to have this flash part of a website designed and animated in a very professional manner. Please send me samples of your work in flash as this will be my basis on selecting a designer. Here are some of the things that are needed: 1. a very good design of "loading" part 2. an introduction transition which really goes beyond the usual fade in effect 3. good text animation 4. great picture/thumbnail animation 5. any effects which is suggested by the designer is welcome Note to moderator(in case): Complete details will be given after I chose a designer(for confidentiality purposes).
