114880 flash php mmpeg

I have flash video site that needs finishing of programmers work. He was hung up in mmpeg flash conversion. I need someone expert in getting php to talk with flash with lots of experience in mmpeg conversion streaming. Job requires 1. getting my current youtube like admin panel to talk with flash and all features already finished like rate, comments to work within the new flash design with my old membership, add favorites, sort order, neweest, etc.. (most already written in php for old site & working) 3. Fix my finished animation intro 90% of flash design for video site is already finished, this is a cleanup job(MUST HAVE GOOD FEEDBACK SOMEWHERE)
