Flash Slideshow Optimization

We need to optimize an existing flash intro of our website, www.casacantil.com. We are copying this site: www.borgofinocchieto.com. The point of this project is to get the slideshow to load fast while preserving high quality full-screen images. Plus we have another small flash file that we need to re-do which appears at the top of our "Our Location" page. This needs to be re-cut with a new photo and also optimized for performance (streaming rather than preloading). We expect this project to be completed in 48 hours. ## Deliverables Our requirements for the intro slideshow are as follows: QUALITY images must be sized to 1600px wide images must be optimized for web speed but with no pixelation at 1440 x 900 sound must be of the same high quality we have now PERFORMANCE "quote page" must appear immediately and hold for 5 sec with a 1 sec fade-out presentation must be streamed, not pre-loaded first image must appear after the quote fades out with no latency we have a fast dedicated server and expect our users to be on DSL or better plus a few other small details
