Website with Animated Logo

Need a simple, yet unique website designed. Will consist of graphics and text only. There is no need for any type of database. Can be done in either HTML or PHP. The preferred language is PHP. I already have the graphics to be used on the site. Just need a template with the basic design and I will complete the content. I already have specific colors and fonts that need to be used. Most of the work would be on the main page. The main page would include approx 7 buttons which link to other pages (Ex. About us, Services, Contact us, Links, etc...). The other pages just need to have the same background with a link back to main page. Also, my company has a logo that I would like to have animated using flash. This would be placed on the main page of the site as an intro. I have the logo in the following formats (JPG, GIF, EPS). Only other animation would be the buttons that link to other pages within the site. I have attached a low resolution non-color graphic of the logo that needs to be animated. Please note that this logo is protected by copyright. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All Internet Browsers
