Hi, I run a forum at [login to view URL] (in hebrew) which is being attacked by spam. I'd like you to: 1. First back the forum up. 2. Get rid of all the spam messages. 3. Update the phpbb to the most current version. 4. Make all links in the forum "no follow". 5. Set something up to stop spam in the future (captcha maybe?) Thanks.
