OpenCart Customizations

We are looking for a few modifications to an OpenCart store. 1. We need specific customers to receive Free Shipping over a specific $ amount, but only specific customers. We need a mod that allows us to tag which customers we want to have free shipping and what amount they trigger free shipping. 2. We need our customer account page to be modified. We need to be able to upload documents to individual customer accounts that they have access to once they login. Things like .pdf files and .xls files. So once they login to their account, a Document Center link will show and then they can click that and it shows all the downloads we have for them. We need to be able to upload different documents for different customers. 3. We need a spot on our customer account screen that allows them to send us a message (similar to contact us) but also include a spot to upload files. We want this contact form they create here to be logged and also show within their customer account page. 4. We need a mod that tags specific customers to be able to checkout online without having to use a CC. It would simply let them checkout without paying. 5. We need a way to make specific product options to only trigger a specific shipping method. Example - Some products that are over 8 ft. long (12 ft, 16 ft, 20 ft) once any of those options are chosen the entire order can only ship a specific method (usually ship by weight). 6. We need a place in the customer account login area that once they login they have a "Create Order" link where they use a pre-created form to send us an order simply by typing stuff into set boxes. Similar to a contact us form but with more than a single link. Once they have used the form and submitted it, we would like it to become an order that tags to their account.
