I built two website sign up forms through aweber.com. I need to add them to two websites with the same ftp. I want to put the forms under the military appreciation on all pages of the website. Please see the two attached images for placement. It's important that the forms are clean and the fitment is correct on each website. The cost is $25. I need this done in 24 hours or less.
