Drupal and xml expert

I am looking for a Drupal expert who is also familiar with XML, XSL, PHP, Javascript, and CSS to develope a travel booking site by integrating with provided xml api. The site provides flight, hotels and cars rental booking and few others features provided by the xml feeds. Details xml api will be forward to the bid winner. If you have worked on similar projects such as real estate or travel xml is a plus. Also, you also have create a general layout for the site. I will forward to you couple of templates that I am interested. Project must be complete within 2-3 weeks.
