Java applet update

I need someone experienced in java to make some changes to an existing applet I have. I do have the source code for this. What the applet currently does is check to see if a program is installed on your computer and if so, launch it if its the latest version. If not, it will download and install the program and then launch it. It works perfectly fine. But the changes I need is to make another applet from this one but for a different program name and a couple different files. And also there is a file that needs to be registered on the windows computer. So when it downloads one of the files, it needs to run the [login to view URL] in silent mode (I have the command line for this - easy) through the applet and then run the program. And last, I have not had the applet signed before so I need someone who knows how to do this to step me through purchasing a digital signature and signing the applet with it. I need this soon so only bid if you know how to do all of the above and can make the needed changes. please let me know your knowledge in this area. I will not release the source until I find the right person and the right bid. Further work will follow from this project for the right person.
