Project Description: We are in need of a complete penny auction website, both front-end and back-end. The scope of programming work will only cover the front-end and back-end programming excluding graphics design and user interface/user experience. The successful freelancer should sign an NDA and contract prior to start of development. We strictly require local freelancers only, Philippine-based. Freelancers located outside of the Philippines need not bid. We respectfully apologize for that. We have prepared complete technical specifications which will be released via PM only.
