Drupal and Ubercart e-commerce website

We have a Drupal e-commerce website to integrate. The e-commerce module used will be Ubercart. The website will have 100+ content pages, each in French and English, and will have a rotating image module on almost all pages. These images must be configurable from the backend. Also, as for Phase 1 of the project, we will integrate the e-commerce module Ubercart to give the possibility to buy "gift certificates" online. In Phase 2 (not this project), we will use the same module to extend the e-commerce. The chosen provider must have extensive experience in e-commerce website, and must be able to configure Ubercart to work with any transactional API (we might choose Paypal Pro or another local transaction provider). The website will also have a page where people can leave comments (like a guestbook). We will work with a deadline that cannot be extended. It is very important that the service provided respects the deadlines or the project will be reported as failed. Also, the service provider must have more than 20 ratings on GAF and show experience with Drupal. Experience with Ubercart is a plus. I will send the designs to only those interesting bids. Thanks!
