50676 Easy PHP-JS script repair job

I previously hired a programmer for a basic PHP script job (outside of ScriptLance). His work was very good, but he sent me the script in a corrupted RAR file. Only 1 file is corrupted, but that's a vital part of the script. Others files are ok. The problem is he no longer reply to my emails - and I tried a lot of times - so now I need someone to create the missing file, which is a very simple .JS. PLEASE REQUEST MORE INFO IN THE PMB. Just to let you know, the script consists of 1 html, 1 js, 4 php files, for 60 KB (no database).
