490380 Fiverr.com clone script (Cake PHP 1.2) customizations

We are looking for a strong Cake PHP 1.2 programmer/firm with expertise in Ajax, Javascript and social APIs. This project is for customization of an existing Cake PHP 1.2 application which is similar to popular micro jobs website Fiverr.com. You can see the script at [login to view URL] . Make sure you take a good look at the application before bidding since we require heavy customizations in this application. We have a fresh installation on the server. We want the script to be adapted to become a classifieds site to buy and sell leftover construction materials across the United States, specifically marble and granite. Customizations will include, but are not limited to: - Changes to logo, design and default field names - Replicated Site feature for all major US Cities (e.g. as seen on [login to view URL]) - Cookies will remember the user's home city after their first login - We need a Banner Ad module installed (3rd-party is ok) with a variety of options that will allow us to show banners in each individual city, NOT nationwide. - Visual Search and/or color search to find marble/granite in a variety of colors - 24-Hour waiting period for gigs ordered with email notifications. - Damn Quickpay feature as seen on [login to view URL] which authorizes the site to charge the user's paypal account for up to $25, $50, $100 - User Groups - buyers, sellers and super administrator for site - Other requests as described in the attached project requirements.
