Fixing bugs for Two Websites, MQ and Ts

When I changed my server plans of [login to view URL] from shared environment to individual hosting environment, two of my websites stops working. It should be something minor fixes for an experienced programmer. I need you to have these two websites up and running as soon as possible. Only the experienced coder only. See the attached files for website names. When you apply for this project, please indicate your reasoning for the problems and possible solutions. Must be able to fix these in a few hours.
