Magento Auction Extension Development

I need an auction-buy it now module to be implemented to my magento ecommerce website. I need the following features: 1) End users can create listing, modify and delete the listing 2) End users get charged for every successful listing sold 3) End Users get payed directly from customers through Paypal 4) Customers can contact sellers through a messaging system 5) Buy It Now function 6) Sellers shipping description text area 7) Same color scheme as [login to view URL] 8) Sellers Return Policy text area 9) Sellers can choose listing type either auction or buy it now 10) Sellers username need to show up on the listing 11) Show Sellers others products for sale 12) Multiple quantity for buy it now listing Example: Seller has 12 dell laptops model 2342, on the listing there will be an option where a buyer can select the quantity they want to buy. 13) Separate Auction listing from [login to view URL] market place but keep it on the same website. There will be three departments 1) Our products listing 2) Auction Listing (Third Party Sellers) 3) Buy It Now Listing (Third Party Sellers) For example go to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Ebay is auction site and Amazon is buy it now third party sellers site.
