486654 Magento Theme Need Coded

I need my psds turned into a magneto shopping cart theme. I literally need it to LOOK exactly like my psds. This shopping cart will also have a gallery that will open in jquery lightbox (not showing products just of any photos the client wants) as well as a generic page too. Then it will have the shopping cart integrated into it. Some of the categories will have sub categories you will see looking at the pictures. They are slightly watermarked to protect thieves. ... ... This site needs to work perfectly, and be coded to match the whole lay out of the rest of the site. Needs to be work on ALL browsers and ALL sizes of monitors and ALL browsers. I really need this to POP! and look awesome!!! I need it done quickly but professional. Need it to look 99.99% identical. If you can pull this off, I will do a bonus, plus another shopping cart theme. I also have some admin plugins I will need installed too. On the homepage there is a slider that the client will be able to upload a picture and edit the text on top of it, this text may or may not be linked anywhere the option is to the client however he can have up to 6 sliders, and the bottom right circle of it will change depending on what slide the person browsing is viewing. (it will automatically change) Also needs to be able to do promotional (multiple) codes at the end for shipping and all. I need this done A.S.A.p and professional and done right.
