multilocation webproxy portal

The goal is to build a system were users will be able to browse the internet via a webproxy ( I sugest to use glype. glype is a good webproxy distribution that can be modified to fit our needs ). The difference between this system and other webproxy systems will be that the webproxy will not connect to internet via the server's direct IP, but it will be proxified ( probably by socks proxy via a PHP script ) on the user needs. So the user will choose the location of the socks proxy used for proxyfing the webproxy from a dropdown list. I will provide the socks proxy list/country . The result will be one webproxy with many different locations . Guidlines for project development - WordPress - base platform ( it will allow me later to iplement easy SEO, analytics etc ) - oneall signin/login integration ( please check [login to view URL] ) . they already offer WP plugin so the integration will be done easy. - 3 different kind of user acces : Free user , Gold ,Platinum ( the account limits will be on number of daily queries and available IP locations for crawling ) - paypal payments via paypal IPN for Gold and Platinum accounts ( monthly recoursive payment ) The engine of the system will be complex but the GUI must be keeped very simple. In the GUI we shall use also some AJAX pop-ups for login, registration etc, it must be very user friendly.
