157074 Phpfox clone

I am looking for a phpfox clone with a themed template to be released to winning bidder only. Minor changes may need to be made to the script, and new modules or features may need to be added so i would prefer bids from programmers who are willing and able to create new features and/or alter current ones. I must own the script and not lease it.I must be able to place it on an unlimited number websites at no extra charge. No powered by or any other license information is allowed. There must be a support contract included.
