Here's what I'm trying to do. I want to create a form on my website that allows visitors to enter their user information to our university library and then be taken directly to their account details. Such a form already exists, but you have to go to the library web page to enter the information.
I tried simply duplicating the library form on my website, and this works for a few minutes, but then stops working. The reason is that the CGI script that generates the library form inserts a time-sensitive "date code" and "PIN number" into the form everytime the form is accessed. Notice the PID value and SEQ value in the attached HTML form file.
So, here's what I need: Someone to create either a javascript or PHP script that, everytime it runs, goes out to my school's website and requests the login page, extracts the PID and SEQ values that are returned in the school's form, and inserts them into a form on my web page.
