Need to be EXPERT and having knowledge in: SMARTY TEMPLATES, JAVASCRIPT PHP, AJAX, MYSQL, CSS, HTML and to be familiar with Web Design but very important also to have intensive knowledge and be VERY familiar with the FLOWPLAYER.
