Add template module positions and modify a module to use geo-ip

**************MUST BE DONE TODAY***************** Please do not bid if you cannot start immediately. I am trying to make some new positions in the template and modify a module that pulls info from yahoo but the module only allows me to enter a city name and pulls the info from that city. I would like to dynamically call the location using a geo-ip DB (preferably using Maxmind Binary DB). [login to view URL] ... So in the module we would enter {geo_ip} as opposed to a static city name. The module need some adjusting as well. I would also like to add a module position at the top of the page that will use the meta-mod module for inserting only on certain pages. There a couple of CSS positioning items as well but should be very easy.
