Jambook Customization Needed

Need the Jambook I currently have installed on my Joomla interface here: [login to view URL];Itemid=55 customized to include the following features: OVERALL DESIGN - Change name of guestbook to “Letters." SUBMISSION FORM CHANGES & ADDITIONS - Email address & homepage automatically defaulted to NOT show to visitors. Want viewable by admin only. - Mandatory gender selection box. - Set up so that entries must be approved by admin before posted to site. VIEW ENTRIES PAGE Entries sorted by gender. Front page of viewing entries only shows below icons (designed by winning bidder) which people have to click read more: - Male Icon: Upon clicking, reader gets to view all entries written by males. Page is titled “Letters to Girls” - Female Icon: Upon clicking, reader gets to view all entries written by females. Page is titled “Letters to Guys." BACKEND Any applicable changes are made to the admin interface for easy management of the above. PLEASE SEND SAMPLES OF CUSTOM GUESTBOOK CODING YOU’VE DONE. SUBMISSIONS WITHOUT THIS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Thanks!
