I have read your project description, and i understand your problem. I have strong knowledge of Joomla, and web based security, so i believe i can easily get this project done. I have also past experience with similar jobs, and know how to scan website for back-doors and malware and how to properly remove them. My price is slightly higher than the rest of the bids, but that's because i assume you will also need update Joomla and all its extensions to latest stable versions to patch the vulnerabilities.
