There is some Joomla project which has just started, but the programmer has left it. There is PSD file and part of template. Website is simple, it is like business card for website, it has mainly static info. The things that should be done ASAP: 1) Change menu to fit PSD file. 2-level menu. Menu should be two level menu. When clicked on item, it would become active and the style would be changed. Also submenu items of active menu would be displayed. This is vertical menu. When on mouse over, then also submenu items will be displayed. 2) Add "Latest article from News category" on front page. Article displays just some text from the full article. When clicked the full article will be opened. 3) On front page below "Latest article from News category" there should be 5 latest news list (title, date and link to read this article). 4) Add Contact page, it would contain contact form and some static text under it. Please, bid only if you can start right now. Add text "START NOW" to your bid.
