Site cloning using WordPress or Joomla

I am looking to get a site as close as this site. [login to view URL] Here is my requirement; - Create using WordPress or Joomla (not a custom PHP). - Basic layout/format should be same as above. I don't care of color, logos, etc, but style and layout should be same. This means that don't waste your time on this look and feel, I can adjust myself. But you need to focus on the layout and structure, and more details as below. - Same functionality, i.e. if you click on one of the link, then goes to other, and then finally find what you want. Please go out to above site and test this yourself, and understand what I mean. It is not very hard. But this is very important, as it is all data driven. - Same URL structure. Again if you click on the details, then the URL showing on your address bar should be the same as above site. Please test it out yourself. This might be an easy structure using WordPress. - There is a google map function built inside above site. You can do it or skip. But you need to tell me if it's hard to do, or would take longer because of that, then I will consider it. - Please bid when you have confidence and previous experience with either WP or Joomla. I may ask you for the sample work you did in this type of work. Please tell me what you can do for me and send your bid in pm.
