Write 301 Redirects in htaccess file

Hi! I am transferring an old Joomla website to WordPress. I have all of the new pages setup in WordPress on a test server. The old Joomla site is currently running on a live web server. What I need you to do is to create 301 redirects in a new .htaccess file to redirect the old page URLs to the new page URLs. The website has about 340 pages. Most of the new URLs are the same as the old but without the .html at the end. There are about 20 pages that are new and won't need redirects. I'll post login information for the Joomla site and the WordPress test site for the winning bidder to compare the pages on each site.
