Earned Vacation / Paid Time Off Program

We are looking for an xls spreadsheet or program that can run on windows that will do the following: Track accrued paid time off Allows us to enter employees and their start dates. Vacation is to be calculated based on the start date. Paid time off is earned 1 day (8 hours) per month after the first 8 weeks of employment. If the 8 weeks falls in the middle of the month, they will be prorated for the number of days left in the month. Day is earned at the end of the month. Allow us to record paid time off taken and on what date and subtracts hours from what is due. Hours can be carried over year to year. Automatically updates the paid time off available when program is open. (When a new month is started). Allows us to have rule that change the amount of time off due. For example - 12 hrs per month for employees that have worked for us for 2 years Ability to add additional Paid Time Off as a bonus ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Program can be in any of the following formats: Excel Spreadsheet to be run on a windows computer. Computer program that will run on a Windows XP computer. PHP / mysql program to be run from the web on a Unix webserver.
