Publishers Data base

ONGOING PROJECT. I am looking for a simple data base that will allow people to upload their books to my site data base at [[login to view URL]][1] and the ability to rate books they read. Site visitors can then come on line review the summary then pay to download the book if they like the summary. They can also rate books they download/read. Kinda like [[login to view URL]][2] (they can only rate books they have downloaded so we need to track this somehow. I can also rate books manually from an password protected online window. The form they will post there book from will have Title, Author, Category, Summary (of the book that all visitors can access) and a Browse for book to upload field. (PDF format) and all the usual name, address, tel etc. The data base will list books in order of popularity, top downloads and readers (hotornot) ratings. Must have an affiliate tracking system and Author roylty tracking. Some other details on acceptance. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
