Installl and configure \"Call for price\" extension in Magento 1.7

I am using Magento 1.7 with custom template. I need to use the "Call for price" extension. Product should show on homepage no price and you cannot put it in the shopping cart. Instead of that it shows "Click for price". When you click you go to product detail page. There have to be the button "Call for price". If you click you get a popup with text and link to the contact page.
