Magento Expert wanted for shipping module modification!!!

Looking for a Magento Expert to work on the shipping module modification. Requirement: 1)Our products might have more than 1 ship origins; the shipping fee calculator should find the cheapest shipping fee according to the ship destination. The current extension assigns only 1 warehouse to 1 product, we need 1 or more warehouses for each product. 2) Some products are oversize which can’t be shipped by UPS, it has to be shipped by some trucking carriers, like SAIA, FEDEX Freight, etc. Once a product, pick Carrier as its shipping method, it can only be shipped by Carrier, can’t be shipped by UPS. Other methods can be group shipped by Carrier. I think in the extension and Magento shipping module, the shipping methods are assigned to the warehouse / shipping origin. We need to assign the shipping methods for each product. If a product is assigned with Carrier, it can’t be shipped by other methods. We can set the priority here: Carrier > UPS > FedEX > USPS. The lower priority can be shipped by the higher priority method. For example, Carrier can carry all the items. Different products in the same warehouse will have different shipping methods. The big / oversize product are shipped by Carrier, if there are other in cart products are from the same warehouse, those products can be added to this Carrier shipping too. 3) The Magento shipping for big products are not accurate. Some products are so-called “dimensional weight” in UPS. Apply the dimensional weight formula (LxWxH)/194, if dimensional weight is larger than actual weight, use the dimensional weight for UPS API feed. 4) In Products, we need New Attributes in order for above features. Like for each product, it can multi-select 1 or more warehouse locations. 5) I have thought of the algorithm on the shipping calculation while more products in cart. I can discuss with you. 6) I've bought a "Multi-Order Dropship" extension, you can modify it from there or from scratch if you like.
