Modify PHP file that generates PDF file to match other PHP file layout for Magento Store

We have a Magento store and we have a module that generates out Invoices, Packing Slips and Order Confirmation PDFs and these have been customized exactly how we want them and we recently installed another extension that generates quotes and it outputs PDF that can be customized and I'm looking for someone to be able to take the phtml files from our Invoices, Packing Slips and Order Confirmation and modify the quote system's PHP file so that its PDF output matches as closely as possible to our Invoices etc.. Now I'm not even sure if this is possible as the Invoices etc.. were customized using phtml files and the quote systems only configuration file is a php file so if you are going to bid, please ensure that this can be done. I am attaching some samples files for you to look at. If you don't have a Magento environment to test, I can test as required.
