Continuous recording of surrounding of the mobile phone - open to bidding

This application should continuously record the surrounding of the mobile phone 1. Application should work on android platform cell phones. 2. Continuous recording. Default length of recording= 24h. Can be changed by phone operator 3. Default after restart, is on. Can be changed by operator 4. Audio is not stored in one big file – but in small files. Default length of file is 30min. Length of file can be changed by phone operator. 5. Once the maximum length of recording is reached, the oldest file is deleted once a new file is started. 6. Name of each file includes date and recording start time. 7. Operator can decide where to store the files. 8. Possibility to transmit files by all means available. 9. Possibility to choose the type of audio files and audio quality.
