PHP devloper to create a wepage and webservice for mobile app

Hi, We are looking for PHP developer to create a page and web-service. Here is details of project. 1. Check this URL [login to view URL] we have to bring this content to our page where we will call only the result url like resul for MEd, BEd mention on the page etc. 2. On our page we will not show any content of ignou logo or other stuff. Now once some one click on that page it will directly show the result page where student has to enter there enrollment number and captcha respectively. 3. Finally on submission it will show the result of the person. Basically we will use this process to create a mobile apps for ignou result. For reference you can check the app on your android phone to get better idea what we want to do. This app is for RGPV but we will be creating for Ignou.
