Finals adjustments to a simple availability

Hi I used a supplier that I wans't very happy with and they have quoted me too much to make some etxra chnages to the page they created. Please find what else I need below: - A rule to be created that for anyone that searches a date that is more than 28 days out from the current date the following will occur. (Please note this is to only occur when the search function is used) 1) The Flexible check in options will appear at the top with the date that was searched as discussed as is currently working. 2) A banner will be inserted after these options have been listed. Banner to be provided. 3) All other properties will then be listed after this in reverse date order, that is from last to the earliest properties. - At the top and bottom of the table of results to have “Listings per page” with a drop down box next to it with options: 10, 25, 50 and 100 - When the search function is used instead of using the 2/3 days before and 2/3 days after rule change it to If today is the 23rd of February and I search the 10th of March. It will show properties available from the 7th of March but then would show everything after this. Previously we would have restricted it to 3 days after the date searched also. - Instead of “Select” in the suburb tool bar can we please have “All Suburbs” Also 8nstead of having it as a free field on the back end can you please change it to have “Suburb Management” and the user can only select one of the pre-created suburbs. - Where the Price search function is in please change to have the option of: This will allow the client to enter the price parameters they would like. The search result will show the properties in this price parameter but then also include all other properties sorted by date order below. - Once a property is moved from Active to Leased before it can go back to being Active the user must enter a new availability date. This will prevent users not entering the new date and leaving the older date. The best things may be to have it so once a property is made Leased the system deletes the availability date so the user needs to enter it again. - Property Rating can you make it a Management area so we can add/edit these are required? - “Suburb” field to be renamed to “Property” - I need to be able to generate a PDF with all the listings that will look similar to the attached pdf.
