12015 Music site - streaming audio

We need a website, possibly with some flash elements but no flash intro, for a rock band and need a cutting edge website that is very creative and has streaming audio, such as a flash player. We also will be featuring a video and therefore will need to be able to upload a video that will play when clicked. Although this will be a simple website with only three or four sub pages, we need to have a look that is creative.
