PHP Developer

Hello, I am looking for a developer for some ongoing work. The work will be varied and will involve more than one clients based on current requirements. If found suitable you can expect 20-30 hours of work per week. DO NOT include portfolios unless asked. Looking for individuals only. Please reply with the following: 1)Rate yourself in each of PHP, MySql, Codeigniter, Wordpress, Javascript. Include any other languages or frameworks you know [limit to 3]. 2)What is your availability [timezone, number of hours]? Do you have a full time job/school or are a full time freelancer? 3)How good is your English? [Written + Spoken] We will have skype audio calls so it is essential to speak English. 4)What tools do you use for development?
