PHP Expert - Text Matching & CSV Processing Script

You must be able to start work immediately PHP Expert to create a text matching and csv processing script. Script Details: 1) User will upload csv file, script should read the values from this csv file 2) Script will compare text from csv fields with 2 database fields and provide a match percentage (%) 3) Script will the search a server directory for the corresponding file & copy it into a specific folder 4) Script will then rename the file as per the 'id' value in the original uploaded csv file 5) Script will add a new column to the uploaded csv file & input the new file names into the matching record field 6) Script will save the newly processed csv file into the same folder as the images 7) Script zip the folder & initiate a download for the user 8) Script will then delete the content of the folder & ready itself for another process.
