Profit / Loss Easy Calculations I will be looking for a system that i can log in to that i can directly upload a CSV file that i will manually obtain the file will be downloaded from eBay and then uploaded to part off the system that will log the important parts off the data in to the db this will be Sales Record Number, Date Custom label, Quantity, total price an example CSV is attached. once data is in to the system i would require for PayPal fee and a eBay fee to be calculated and added on this would be a simple percent 11% for the eBay fee and 3.4% +20p for the PayPal transaction this will be calculated from the total price and recorded in to the db once eBay and PayPal fees have been calculated automatically i would require for each item cost me to be be calculated from a db this would require taking the SKU from the custom label that will have been stored from the CSV file and finding out what cost i have inputted in to the database. Daily spend this would be where i could input any spend that i have for the day this will be things such as postage and packaging costs to me with will need to be deducted when calculating the true profits for the day. I would like to be able to then view my daily, weekly, monthly and yearly profits on a single page id do not mind if this is filterable. I would also like to have the options for manual input should i not have it presented in a CSV file. I would like to be able to add and manage users so i do not have to use just 1 account it will all need to be secure as it will be online for easy access and I would like for it to be feature rich. since ur budget is 250 pounds i put it for this what i will do i will tellu an admin platform in php/mysql with password protection. 1) file upload for csv and it will do the import to database tables for orders and users 2) report for orders postage and paypal and ebay fee etc for monthly/yearly etc 3) all orders and users will be displayed seperately too Now for extra work 1) have some coding so will get to know top users,top products 2) profit share intelligence where it will store profit per day and it will show the loss if we have a week from now or profit etc this is for another 150 pounds so let me know from you asap.
