wireless broadband Sniffer taskbar program

Hi, We are a small ISP offering a wireless broadband service. [login to view URL] We are looking at offering customers a program that once installed will reside in the taskbar sniffing for our wireless broadband service. Once our network is detected, the taskbar icon turns green and a bubble message appears saying ' iRoam service is available here: click here to sign up'...if the customer then clicks on the bubble message, a browser window opens displaying the signup page over the wireless network that was detected. We will be offering the wireless broadband over 2 different networks, iBurst and Wimax...the program needs to detect which drivers are installed and try sniffing for both networks. The connection to the signup page will be over a PPPoE. A default login username and password will be used to establish a connection ONLY to the signup page (gardin walled). I hope i make sense.
