47382 blog directory submission

I am looking for a basic online script that will allow blog owners to add their RSS feeds to the online RSS directories and blog directories. If you are familiar with [login to view URL] you will see what I am trying to do (although not for search engines) An excellent .exe version of this idea has already been done and can be seen at: [login to view URL] I basically want this software capability in an online application. The online system must be able to be expanded and added to and modified as new directories become available, or change their submission requirements etc. The system should encompass all the directories as seen on this list to begin with: [login to view URL] PLEASE NOTE: This is intended to be a free system for users as an online resource. I want to work with a programmer that is willing to form a relationship and stay involved with the updating and maintaining of the site while I market it.
