Free Bingo Game

I am looking for someone who can create a free tournament bingo game for me. An example of what I want can be found here: <[login to view URL]> You will have to create a free username and password to see the game. Each player should have 2000 credits to start out with each 24 hour period. 1 game cost 100 credits to play and pays out all the credits. For example if 10 people are playing there would be 1000 credits to split between winners or it would go to a single winner.. It should have a live chat feature so players can chat while they play. Autodaub feature NO auto bingo feature, winner will have to push the bingo button to win and must have the winning combination. Leaderboard ( shows the current months leaders and points.. Also should show the user what place they are in. Prize page ( a place where I can list this months prizes) must be easy for me to edit, html is ok. Admin area ( where I can email all users, check winners ) Points will be accumulated for 30 days and then it will reset.. It should show last months winners on the leaderboard) I would like the game to rotate the following patterns: Blackout Regular bingo ( 5 in a row Or the 4 outside corners) Big X ( 2 diagonal bingos) 6 pack ( group of 6 numbers together on a card) Each player should have 4 bingo cards each game. If you don't understand the game of bingo please don't bid. I am not picky on the language it is written in, I will leave that up to the coder. This is a free game so no payment system is needed. I would also like a rotating banner system at the top of the game board and a place in the admin where I can put in the advertisers. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
