please read attached document before bidding We want to upgrade our site so that it is amazing. The site has to be done quickly, effectively, promptly and proffesionally. We need someone who is experienced capable and creative. We need a precise worker not a negligent inconsiderate one. The site will be enjoyable and worthwhile. We want to make the site extremely easy to use and clear to understand. however it also has to be functional and effective. we are not happy for our site to be offline or down, we want you to workon the site offline and only upgrade the site when you are definately sure the upgrades are working perfectly. any questions please ask and we will be more than happy to respond terms of the agreement We need a deadline. Every day that the project is overdue we will deduct 5% from the payment. So make sure you bid is realistic. If the job is not fully completed to our standards we will not pay you. So make sure you can do the job before bidding. If the site goes down through you negligence we reserve the right to deduct compensation from any monies owed and/or yourself.
