Create simple IPhone payment app

We'd like to build a simple IPhone app which can connect to a LAMP server and allows a payment to be made between two people. This is intended to be a first prototype, meaning the UI can be very simple. The code should be fast and as simple as possible, to be used as a base for future development. You will also need to build a simple webpage/PHP that can receive and respond to messages from the IPhone. The full design is at [login to view URL] The same design is also attached as a document.
