Dealer of the Week

This bid has two parts: 1. I already have a mysql database setup and it is being used for dealer information. I just need a basic script that will implement a rotation that will change the record data in a section of a PHP page on a weekly or monthly basis. This needs to have the option of just running in a random mode also that randomly will choose a record. 2. For a different page I need a basic php script that will take the data from the database and create a table with that data. I know for an experienced php programer both these are 101 so don't bid too high.
