Good Idea website

I need a simple 3 page website that allows users to annonymously upload images. These documents will be of various ideas they want the world to see but have no means of producing themselves. The idea is similar to PostSecret, but it will instead focus on ideas instead of secrets. The website should function similarly to this one: [login to view URL] The home page should be almost identical to the cats in sinks page. Instead of showing images of cats in sinks, the image will be the sketch of whatever idea has recently been submitted. The user can move on to the next idea by pressing "show me another great idea". On this page will be a single ad by Google AdSense. The idea submission page will be a simple image upload box where users find the sketch of their image on the computer and upload it to a server. Before they upload their image, they are shown a brief legal agreement that says by posting their idea to the site they are relinquishing all ownership of such idea and they have no legal ownership of the idea even if the idea is produced commercially. There will be another Google AdSense ad here as well. If a user selects that they do not agree, they are taken to a page on the site with a Google AdSense bar that displays websites on patenting ideas and other ways of getting inventions produced.
