Integration with newsletter server

I have a newsletter function on an existing site and needs integration to a newsletter server. The newsletter server uses an API and you must implement this API to add and remove users. The present site is implemented as simple HTML pages. Make a PHP script to take the input of given name, surname and email address and subscribe or unsubscribe. The user will be redirected to a new page with the information of the result. The newsletter server will need an URL like <[login to view URL]@[login to view URL]> <4d4b121643f8e88ec3764ab22a092f2c/list/johns-donuts/email/[login to view URL]@[login to view URL]> The newsletter server will return a result of the action.
