Iphone App

We are interested in an iphone application that does the following: An application that holds a database of outbound country code numbers. The best example is what Skype does. If I am in a particular country, and would like to dial out, the application should let me choose the country that I am dialing out from (or automatic GPS location detection where I am at), and country I am dialing to (or choose a contact). The area codes should automatically show up in the keypad. The winning bid will create the entire application and submission process ( including thumbnail button, etc ) that will allow us to easily upload to itunes.
