website needs paid member ship feature added in

I will have a full website completed. The only thing needed is a way to have people who want access to members section be able to sign up through a website, either paypal or a credit card processor and then when it is submitted and approved that user will get a username and pw. ## Deliverables I will have a full website completed. The website will have preview/sampler videos and pics. If the user wants to login/signup they can and once the payment is made and accepted they should get a login and password made please advice me on anything else I am missing.
